Convergent appointed Philips LCD Monitor distributor	Convergent has been appointed a distributor for Philips LCD monitors in Singapore. We will carry the full range of Philips LCD monitors including the latest HDMI/HDCP capable widescreens. With Philips monitors and existing LCD monitor lines in our portfolio, Convergent will be able to fulfil the most demanding requirements from our customers on computer display technologies.
Convergent will be the new Hitachi distributor from April 2008	From April, Convergent will be a distributor for Hitachi hard disk drives. We will have access to the full range, mobile, desktop, server and speciality drives. We decided to take Hitachi after we determined from publicly and confidential data, that Hitachi indeed does have a very low rate of returns, and competitively priced.
