| Convergent Warranty stickers
Some Kingston products have the warranty sticker outside the box as pictured below.
2) Where possible, remove the small sticker and stick it on the product itself. 3) When claiming warranty, bring back both the product itself and the packaging to us for hassle free warranty claim. 4) Please do not abuse the system. If we find evidence of warranty abuse we reserve the right to prosecute abusers to the extent the law allows. |

| Kingston Warranty Policy Kingston has a toll free number to call from Singapore: you can call 800-8861042 in Singapore to reach a Kingston tech support officer. The Kingston Tech Support is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm China/Taiwan time, Monday to Friday. Hotlines support English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese and Malay. -Lifetime Warranty: The following Kingston products are covered by this warranty for life: Memory modules including Value RAM, HyperX and Kingston system specific memory, Flash memory cards (e.g. Secure Digital, Compact Flash, Multimedia Card, Smart Media). Kingston will replace/repair all products that fall under this category within its production life cycle. -Five-Year Warranty: The following Kingston products are covered by this warranty for a period of five years from the date of original retail purchase: PC Card Readers and USB Data Travelers. Convergent Systems will facilitate RMA for all Genuine Kingston memory modules. It is advisable to purchase Kingston Value Memory modules with Convergent sticker as a prerequisite to authenticity. If your Kingston memory does not have a Convergent sticker, we may have to spend some time to verify the authenticity of your product. Convergent warrants all genuine Kingston products, priority being given to customers of dealers we sell to. We have limited buffer stocks to do a one-to-one exchange, and because of this, we need to prioritize customers whose Kingston products were purchased from retailers who bought Kingston products from us, bearing our warranty stickers or a unique key pasted on the box. If you bought a product not immediately recognized by us as a Convergent-sourced product, we cannot at this time offer you a one-to-one exchange. However, if you require us to help you claim your warranty from Kingston, we will take your defective part and send it back to Kingston. If it is verified to be a genuine Kingston part, you will get this part back normally within 2-3 weeks. If it is not verified as a genuine Kingston part, the part might be retained as evidence of legal infringement of Kingston's intellectual property rights, and you will be informed duly and may be asked to aid in Kingston's investigations. If you require an immediate exchange, we suggest that you go back to the retailer you purchased to ask for a replacement. If you require any aid at any stage, you could send an email to kingstonwarranty@convergent.com.sg -Any Burnt/ Physical Damage to Kingston products will be replaced/repaired/rejected based solely on manufacturer's instructions. |

IN NO EVENT WILL Convergent 's LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IF CONVERGENT SYSTEMS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS ARE INSTRUCTED BY THE USER TO RECOVER DATA FROM FLASH MEMORY PRODUCTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF IRRETRIEVABLE DATA LOSS AND USER SHALL NOT HOLD CONVERGENT SYSTEMS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY DATA LOSS WHICH MIGHT OCCUR. WHEN SUBMITTING NON-VOLATILE MEMORY PRODUCTS TO CONVERGENT FOR REPAIR, USER WARRANTS THAT THERE IS NO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN THE FLASH MEMORY, AND CONVERGENT SYSTEMS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM THE DATA HELD WITHIN THE NON-VOLATILE MEMORY. |
