Convergent after-sales service centre will accept both walk in customers and customers by appointment from Friday, 19th June onwards.
As safe distancing measures dictate that we can only accept 5 people in the service area at any one time, we strongly advise customers to come by appointment via http://appt.convergent.com.sg/ or by calling us at 6337 0177, then choose option 3 during office hours.
Customers with valid appointments would be given priority and if we experience too many walk in customers, we may have to delay entry to some.
For all customers, we can only admit one person for each service case, we regret that friends and family would have to remain out of the building to comply with safe distancing measures.
