Convergent Warranty Registration

Good news! Starting 1st April 2024, there is no need to register Warranty for products distributed by Convergent.

We do require a valid proof-of-purchase, so make sure to retain your receipt (Tip: A clear picture/scan is accepted, should a physical copy be unavailable.).

Convergent offers aftersales service, product repairs and replacements according to warranties offered by manufacturers and brand owners which we represent. Our technical support team operates hotlines and walk-in service centers to fulfill product customer support queries.
